Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of video production services from Mukiso ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mukiso produces short product videos (typically 20 seconds, 1920×1080, MP4) intended for use on Amazon product listings and related marketing channels. Deliverables for each tier are described on our pricing page.

2. Payment

• 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Production begins after the upfront payment and a completed intake form are received.
• The final 50% is due upon delivery of the final video, after included revisions are complete.
• Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each monthly period.
• All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

3. Turnaround

Standard delivery is 5 business days for single videos and 7 business days for 3-video packs, counted from the day we receive your upfront payment and completed intake form. Retainer clients receive 3-business-day turnaround. Delays in client responses extend delivery timelines accordingly.

4. Revisions

• Single videos and 3-video packs include 2 revision rounds per video. Retainers include unlimited revisions.
• A revision round is one consolidated set of notes delivered by email.
• Revisions cover adjustments to the delivered video (text, pacing, scene swaps, color). A change of product or positioning after delivery constitutes a new project, quoted separately.
• Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be purchased at a rate we will quote at the time.

5. Client responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or are authorized to use all product information, brand assets, and footage you provide to us.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all product claims included at your request.
• You are responsible for final review of the video before uploading it to Amazon or any other platform.

6. Amazon compliance

We produce videos following Amazon's published video requirements as of the production date. However, Amazon's policies and review decisions are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee approval by Amazon. If a video is rejected for a reason attributable to our production (format, prohibited elements we introduced), we will correct it at no charge.

7. Ownership and license

• Upon full payment, you receive full rights to use the delivered video and thumbnail for your commercial purposes.
• We retain the right to display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Working files and intermediate assets remain our property unless agreed otherwise.

8. AI-assisted production

Our production process uses generative AI tools for some or all footage. Deliverables are reviewed by our team against our quality checklist before delivery.

9. Refunds and cancellation

• You may cancel before production begins for a full refund of the upfront payment.
• After production begins, the upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers work performed.
• Retainers may be cancelled with notice before the next billing period; the current period is non-refundable.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
